We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and AMEX, including internationally issued cards, as well as PayPal for a secure alternative checkout.

We comply with current data protection regulations and use encryption to safeguard your information. Card details are never stored on our systems — they are used solely to process a single transaction.

All orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are based on your shipping destination:

Please treat these as approximate timeframes; customs clearance or unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally extend them.

We ship globally, to every country. Orders valued above $50 also qualify for free tracked shipping.

Our products are made by partner manufacturers located in several regions, with each facility focusing on a specific product category. When an order contains items from different facilities, they are dispatched individually to keep delivery efficient.

A shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number is sent once your order leaves the warehouse. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. You can then check progress on our Track Your Order page, on the carrier's website, or by logging in to your account.

Amendments and cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us with your full name and order number. Once this period has passed or the order has been processed by our warehouse, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Because orders enter fulfilment almost immediately, additions cannot be made after submission. Please place a separate order for any further items.

Address corrections are possible only before your order is processed for shipment, so please contact our support team immediately. Once a parcel has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be redirected. We recommend reviewing your details carefully before completing checkout.

Every purchase is backed by a 30-day guarantee. If an item does not meet your expectations or arrives defective, email our customer support team and they will provide return instructions. Please see our Return Policy page for full terms.

Exchanges are not currently available. However, eligible items can be returned for a refund, and our support team will guide you through the process.

Please notify us by email without delay. Our team will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until the matter is resolved.

Email us with details of the item. Our team will try to locate it for you or recommend suitable alternatives.
